Warlick Family YMCA - Gastonia, NC Storefront system, manufactured by EFCO Corporation. The glass is a high performance low-E manufactured by Guardian, fabricated by Trulite. This project included aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, and over 3,000 square feet of mirrors.

Duke Arringdon Medical Office Building - Durham, NC Completed in 2019, this five story office building has curtainwall framing manufactured by Oldcastle Building Envelope, and high performance low E glass manufactured by Tristar Glass. We partnered with Kistler-McDougall to provide the ACM panel system.

Duke University Science Dr. Parking Deck - Durham, NC Curtainwall system manufactured by Oldcastle Building Envelope. The glass is 1/4" clear tempered. This project includes terracotta baguette sunshade system by Shildan. The decorative aluminum finials were manufactured by Linel. Bus shelters were manufactured by Daytech, Ltd.

JB Duke Hotel - Durham, NC Window wall system with horizontal sunshades, manufactured by Oldcastle Building Envelope. High performance low-E glass manufactured by Guardian, fabricated by Trulite. We partnered with Kistler-McDougall to provide MCM panel walls and accents. This project includes an extensive interior upfit, including acid etched bronze mirror column covers, screen printed storefront glass, and full wall mirrors in the gym. The main entrance is a twelve-foot diameter power assisted revolving door.

a unitized cassette curtainwall system with horizontal sunshades,
manufactured by Oldcastle Building Envelope with high performance low-E glass
manufactured by Viracon.
Unitized curtainwall, while more expensive to manufacture allows us to
close in the building very quickly and eliminates the lag between framing and
glazing.

The Learning Center - Duke University The Learning Center is a 6-story classroom building built for the Duke University School of Medicine. The envelope is unitized curtainwall manufactured by Baker Metal Products of Dallas Texas. The curtainwall units are glazed with Viracon VNE1-63 high performance low-E glass, custom color spandrel glass, and Portuguese limestone. The ground floor lobby is enclosed with a custom 3/4" structural glass "Bakerton Wall", manufactured by Baker Metal Products. Storefronts and entrances were provided by EFCO Corporation.

The Peace Center for the Performing Arts, Greenville, SC
This renovation of the Peace Center created new lobbies and public spaces enclosed with Pilkington Planar point supported curtainwall. The glass is supported from the top with glass fins and stainless steel fittings. The high performance low-E glass and structural fittings were manufactured by Pilkington Glass.

Gross Hall Renovation - Duke University The project consisted of replacing precast panels with new curtainwall, bringing a contemporary update and light into the older building. The curtainwall framing was by EFCO, and screen printed glass manufactured by Viracon. The second phase included a complete replacement of ground floor storefronts and entrances with EFCO storefront framing and glass by Trulite.

Student Recreation and Convocation Center, Coastal Carolina University, Conway, SC
This beautiful addition to the CCU campus includes a basketball arena and fitness center. The curtainwall is the large missile impact rated Reliance system manufactured by Oldcastle Building Envelope of Newnan, GA. Glass is impact rated laminated/insulated PPG Solarban 60 medium performance low-E manufactured by Oldcastle Building Envelope of Wright City, MO. This project included digitally printed custom ceramic frit patterns on interior and exterior glass. Extensive interior and exterior work included storefronts, over 40 entrance doors, ticket windows, mall sliders and restroom mirrors.
